NIST offers Vitamin D SRM

Executive Summary
The National Institute of Standards and Technology offers a new standard reference material, SRM 972, for vitamin D in human serum. The material will help labs more accurately measure patients' vitamin D levels so physicians can diagnose accurately when people are deficient, NIST said.
