Executive Summary
San Francisco grand jury returns 42-count indictment against four defendants associated with distributing anabolic steroids including tetrahydragestrinone (THG), Justice Department announces Feb. 12. Case was brought by FDA Commissioner Mark McClellan, MD/PhD, Attorney General John Ashcroft, IRS Commissioner Mark Everson and U.S. Attorney Kevin Ryan.
