Executive Summary
Rite Aid second quarter results include "an accrual of $7.1 mil. for the settlement of legal matters with the Department of Justice and multiple state attorneys general related to our former reimbursement practices relating to partially filled prescriptions and fully filled prescriptions that are not picked up by the ordering customers," the chain drug store tells analysts. Rite Aid said it was not required to enter into a corporate integrity agreement.
