Newark, N.J. federal court ruling on Taxol-related patent litigation allows certain antitrust cases against Bristol to proceed. The judge also dismissed Bristol's motions for a summary judgement on fraud-related charges brought by Ivax. The case is slated to proceed to trial May 1. A March 2 ruling by Judge William Walls invalidated the claims of two of Bristol's patents that do not include ovarian cancer (1"The Pink Sheet" March 6, p. 25)
