Biotech start-up Piqur Therapeutics AG closed a two-tranche Series A round at CHF32mm ($36mm). The company opened the financing in January and received CHF14mm, and this month got a CHF18mm extension. New and existing investors participated including Versant Ventures, who led the second closing and invested a total of CHF11mm.
