Executive Summary
Roche Diagnostics Corp. and its contingency of diagnostics business units have agreed to design companion tests that AstraZeneca PLC and its MedImmune LLC division will use in their drug development activities. The diagnostics are for candidates in all of AZ’s therapeutic areas of focus: gastrointestinal, infectious, and cardiovascular diseases, neuroscience, respiratory conditions, inflammation, and oncology.
