Executive Summary
Neoprobe Corp. (cancer devices and radiopharmaceuticals) has agreed to sell its neoprobe GDS gamma detection systems business to Devicor Medical Products Inc. (minimally invasive breast cancer diagnostic devices) for $30mm in cash up front. The deal also includes up to $20mm in royalties payable to Neoprobe if revenues from the acquired products exceed $21mm during any of the next five fiscal years.
