Ireland’s regulator has asked drug manufacturers, pharmacists and wholesalers to ensure they are uploading the correct data and scanning the right products in order to reduce errors being flagged up in the medicines verification system that came into operation in February. It has just extended the bedding-in period for the new system for a second time.
