Executive Summary
The revamped International Council for Harmonisation is offering China, India and Brazil - besides several other countries and regional harmonization initiatives - the opportunity to "automatically" join the ICH as observers. To do so, these countries and regional associations must submit a confirmation letter to the ICH secretariat within three months of the new ICH association being established (i.e., within three months as of Oct. 23, 2015)1,2.
