Concert makes regulatory and clinical leadership appointments

Executive Summary

Concert Pharmaceuticals, a US-based clinical-stage biotechnology company, has named Mark Roessel vice president of regulatory affairs and quality assurance and LuAnn Sabounjian vice president of clinical operations. Mr Roessel was previously vice president of regulatory affairs at Indevus Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Endo Pharmaceuticals. Ms Sabounjian also joins from Indevus, where she held several clinical roles of increasing responsibility over 20 years; most recently she was vice president of clinical development.
