Executive Summary
The Pharmacoeconomic Division of the Danish Medicines Agency has been closed down and its responsibilities transferred to elsewhere within the agency under a reorganisation that took place on 1 January1. The DMA said the changes would result in better integration of the pharmacoeconomic and statistic responsibilities within the agency and create new synergies as a result of new types of co-operation involving various departments2.
