Merck out-licenses its OTC allergy relief brand to London Luxury for a line of allergen barrier fabric products. Merck acquired the Claritin brand in its Schering-Plough merger in 2009 and called the licensing deal "an opportunity to extend our brand and reach consumers in new, innovative ways," according to a Sept. 13 press release.
