NACDS hire will aid Capitol Hill efforts: The National Association of Chain Drugs Stores brings aboard J. Anne Foley as director of political affairs to help engage members in greater political involvement. The Alexandria, Va.-based trade group said Aug. 23 Foley will enhance the organization's fundraising capabilities and improve collaboration between NACDS' political action committee and its state-level efforts. Foley reports to VP of Federal Affairs Paul Kelly. She comes to NACDS from a political program management function at the Credit Union National Association and also worked at the National Mining Association
