A federal court in Delaware finds five patents on Zegerid prescription proton pump inhibitor invalid due to obviousness, likely also removing a hurdle for private label versions of Zegerid OTC (omeprazole/sodium bicarbonate), just launched by Merck/Schering-Plough.
