ISM to distribute PreHistin

Newark, N.J.-based International Shipping and Marketing will distribute and market Laguna Beach, Calif.-based Cobalis Corp.'s allergy prevention product PreHistin in the eastern U.S. under a recent letter of intent. ISM also will fulfill domestic and international sales for the product and is an affiliate marketer for Internet sales, Cobalis announced May 28. Cobalis is currently in Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and will argue for continued protection at a June 10 hearing. If it fails, the court could force it to liquidate its assets
