XenaCare merging with Sun Packing

Delray Beach, Fla.-based nutritional product firm XenaCare Holdings, which is launching the SunPill supplement designed to help protect skin, announced Aug. 22 it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to merge with Houston -based Sun Packing. Through the deal expected to close by October, XenaCare says it will put Sun Packing in charge of 50.1 percent of shares in the merged company.
