Dietary supplement ingredient manufacturer LycoRed expects to grow its presence in the food and beverage fortification markets in Spain and Portugal by providing its microencapsulated ingredients to Spanish firm BTSA for vitamin and mineral premixes. In a Nov. 20 release, Israel-based LycoRed says it chose to work with BTSA because of the firm's products and infrastructure for technical support. BTSA CEO Ana V.
