Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J., introduce legislation, H.R. 2596 and S. 1555, on June 6 that requires pharmacies to fill birth control prescriptions and provide OTC emergency contraception upon request. "Pharmacies shouldn't be making health decisions for women," Maloney says.
