Consumers who purchased Lane Labs-USA's BeneFin, MGN-3 or SkinAnswer between Sept. 22, 1999 and July 12, 2004 are eligible for a partial refund of purchase price and shipping and handling costs through a court-mandated restitution program, FDA announces Aug. 17.
