A collaboration between Vectura and Unilever has resulted in the formation of the new PharmaKodex specialty pharmaceutical company, the firms announce May 15. The new entity will employ a range of proprietary oral, transdermal and enabling technologies from both companies to develop a pipeline of Rx and OTC products.
