Crave Away's homeopathic formula includes Nux Vomica 30X, which is "well known to help reduce cravings and the desire to over indulge by sending a signal to the brain indicating fullness," the firm states. The product also contains Fucus Vesiculosus 6X and Garcinia Quaesita 5X, an ingredient containing hydroxyl-citric acid (HCA) which may "help to control appetite and reduce the desire for carbohydrates," Great White adds.
