New Hampshire Gov, John Lynch signs legislation mandating non-prescription sale of emergency contraception (EC) in state pharmacies June 16. The bill allows pharmacists who "establish a collaborative relationship with a physician" and meet certain standards that will be established by the state's Board of Pharmacy to dispense EC without a prescription, according to the governor's office.
