Of the 17 softgels, 11 tablets/capsules and one sublingual tablet tested, the sole product to fail contained only 17% of its claimed amount of CoQ10. ConsumerLab notes that although the daily recommended dose of the ingredient ranges from 100 mg to 200 mg, "there are products on the market claiming as little as 10 mg of CoQ10 per pill and as much as 120 mg per pill."
