Executive Summary

Revised version of the pediatric education and research bill (HR 4365), co-sponsored by Reps. Michael Bilirakis (R-Fla.) and Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), pulled due to disagreements about provisions on adoption and fetal surgery.
