The dietary supplement direct marketing firm Mannatech has filed suit against one of its own consultants for breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation related to a published study by the researcher on the benefits of glyconutrients. Mannatech relied upon the data in selling its proprietary nutritional and dietary supplement products.
