STREAMLINE INTL. SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER LINE RENAMED IN RESPONSE TO P&U SUIT alleging infringement of the Rogaine trade- mark. The American Fork, Utah-based dietary supplement marketer has temporarily renamed its emu oil-containing hair care line, previously sold over the Internet under the Regain brand name, as the Kalaya Hair Revitalization System. In a suit filed in Newark, N.J. federal court Aug. 18, Pharmacia & Upjohn contested the use of the Regain name and accused Streamline of unfair competition practices and trademark dilution.
