Executive Summary
FDA REFORM POINT-BY-POINT IMPLEMENTATION SUMMARY EXPECTED to be completed by the agency as early as February. The summary, which would come out of the Office of the Commissioner, is expected to describe the regulatory course of action the agency plans to take in response to the FDA Modernization & Accountability Act, signed into law Nov. 21. Unless otherwise specified in the act, the law takes effect mid-February. It is not known whether the agency's implementation document will be public or internal to FDA.
