McNEIL NICOTROL "LEAST AMOUNT OF NICOTINE" CLAIM "LITERALLY ACCURATE," the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus concludes in its December NAD Case Reports. SmithKline Beecham Consumer Healthcare, which markets the Nicoderm CQ smoking cessation patch, brought two radio ads for McNeil's Nicotrol patch before NAD. NAD limited its review to the first ad after McNeil told the BBB division that the second radio ad was aired once in a test market and would not run again.
