PUERTO RICO TAX CREDIT EXTENSION COULD BE HINDERED BY SCORING CONCERNS following the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation's conclusion that legislation (S 906) introduced June 17 by Sens. Alfonse D'Amato (R-N.Y.) and Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.) would cost $7.4 bil. over the next 10 years. D'Amato and Moynihan were joined by Sens.
