McNEIL NASALCROM RECOMMENDED FOR OTC TREATMENT/PREVENTION OF HAY FEVER by the Nonprescription Drugs and Pulmonary-Allergy Drugs Advisory Committees at an Oct. 10 joint meeting in Bethesda, Md. The committee voted unanimously that the cromolyn sodium nasal solution is safe and effective for OTC use in the treatment and prevention of allergic rhinitis.
