BETA CAROTENE EXCLUSION FROM FDA's "ANTIOXIDANT" DEFINITION under the proposed Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act implementing regs is suggested by Gilbert Omenn, MD, University of Washington, in March 9 comments to the agency.
