ZYGON AGREES TO CEASE UNSUBSTANTIATED CLAIMS FOR THREE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS under a proposed consent agreement with the Federal Trade Commission. The agreement would require the Redmond, Wash.-based firm to pay up to $195,000 in consumer reimbursements, FTC announced in an April 17 Federal Register notice.
