"SENIOR FRIENDLY" CRP TESTING RULE WILL PROVIDE 30-MONTH COMPLIANCE WINDOW for affected products. In a concession to industry, the Consumer Product Safety Commission unanimously voted on June 15 to allow companies an additional 18 months beyond the rule's effective date to come up with packaging that passes the new testing protocol.
