HRG on acetaminophen: Public Citizen's Health Research Group recommends in its February Health Letter that consumers "abstain from heavy intake of over-the-counter acetaminophen (Tylenol is a well-known brand name), or NSAIDs like ibuprofen unless you have a chronic problem such as arthritis."
