Dey settles AWP litigation
Executive Summary
Merck KGaA subsidiary Dey reaches Medicaid reimbursement settlements with Nevada and Hawaii (March 29 and March 21, respectively) regarding alleged misrepresentations of average wholesale price. Dey will pay $670,000 to Nevada and $946,992 to Hawaii.
