According to Health Canada, there has been a substantial and steady decline in cross-border drug sales since the beginning of 2006 - a trend that could temper support for importation legislation, which will likely be considered in the Democrat-led Congress (1"The Pink Sheet" Nov. 13, 2006, p. 3).
