Executive Summary
Former PhRMA Senior VP-Federal Affairs David Mohler will join the Washington, D.C. offices of law firm Foley Hoag as counsel to the Life Sciences and Government Strategies practices effective April 3. Mohler, who had worked in federal affairs at PhRMA between stints at Upjohn and Merck, returned to PhRMA in 2001 (1"The Pink Sheet" May 14, 2001, p. 36). After resigning on Jan. 3, Mohler was replaced by Alan Gilbert, who joined the association in May 2005 to be groomed for the position.
