Pfizer, Merck and Parke-Davis (now part of Pfizer) refused to supply pharmaceuticals at Federal Supply Schedule prices for Special Agents Mutual Benefit Association Health Plan mail-order prescriptions, resulting in OMB calling off the pilot project.
