Rx DRUG MANAGEMENT PLAN USE BY LARGE EMPLOYERS LEVELS OFF IN 1995 after a sharp increase in 1994, according to the Foster Higgins National Survey of Employer-sponsored Health Plans. "The number of employers offering card plans rose only moderately" from 38% to 42%, a draft version of the report states. "The use of mail-order plans actually fell slightly" from 35% to 33%. A final version of the report will be available from the New York City consulting firm on Feb. 19.
