MAIL-ORDER BRANDED SCRIPT COST AVERAGES AWP-13% in a Booz-Allen & Hamilton survey of 46 employer and provider pharmacy benefit management programs presented at the American Managed Care Pharmacy Association meeting in Palm Springs, Calif. Oct. 17. The average cost includes both pharmacy reimbursement and administrative fees. The survey found an average cost for mail-order generic scripts of AWP minus 33%.
