The National Wholesale Druggists Association will be more closely tracking health care reform efforts at the state level in 1995-96, incoming Chairman Mel Whitmire (Cardinal) told the 1994 NWDA Annual Meeting Nov. 16 in Orlando, Fla. "The good news is that we managed to block unfavorable legislation at the federal level, but the bad news is that lack of a federal policy forces the states to act individually," Whitmire said.
