Executive Summary

Medical Marketing Group agrees to settle preliminary injunction request brought by The Vanderveer Group. Under Aug. 23 agreement, MMG will "cease copying TVG materials," "return all TVG materials," "alert the marketplace by sending a return receipt letter," and "refrain from accepting business based on proposals that contained plagarized materials," TVG says. TVG "will now concentrate on the preparation for the trial on the full eight counts it has filed against MMG" ("The Pink Sheet" Aug. 9, T&G-6).
