Chiron President and Chief Operating Officer Hollings Renton will join company April 1 as president and CEO. Renton, 46, was formerly president of Cetus and moved into Chiron's management when the companies merged in 1991. Chiron spin-off Onyx is seeking to commercialize signal transduction research of the molecular oncology group of Cetus ("The Pink Sheet" Jan. 11, T&G-8).
