Robins/Kendall McGaw agreement
Executive Summary
McGaw will produce generic and private-labeled parenteral drugs for Robins subsidiary Elkins-Sinn and package them in McGaw's PAB plastic I.V. container, firms announced. The companies will codistribute metronidazole, theophylline, gentamicin, bretylium tosylate, lidocaine, and heparin in the PAB container, while Robins retains exclusive rights to distribute the PAB-packaged Reglan and Robaxin.
